Migrate the optomos to the PCB, or more generally allow switching the 5V and/or 3.3V signals on the expansion headers. Unfortunately each switch needs a decoupling cap, so can't get too carried away here, unless there is some sort of power distribution IC that takes care of these issues efficiently.
