Convert To and From XML

A feature that may be extremely useful is the ability to convert "to" and "from" XML.

The proposal is as follows:

• Be able to at least convert to XML.
• Be able to if possible convert from XML.

Consideration:

• Is there a library that could make this easier?
• Is it possible to do MicroXML?
• Is it possible to do Binary XML?
• Could this be used to convert to OPML?

Possible issues:

• How to handle security?
• What should the default indentation be?
