Option to Redirect Output File

At the moment, when converting a file, its conversion is sent to the same directory as the file. This is still a good thing to have, but it would be good to have an option for the user to output the conversion to a different directory and/or file name if need be.

This should be a flag/switch on the command line the user can enter and should apply to all conversions.
