Filter out specific user ID

I would like to start using this plugin, but I have two questions:

1. Can we filter out specific user ID's? We are using webservices to maintain our Moodle installation. In the backgroud, the webservice userID is constantly doing things in the logs. We don't want this to 'pollute' our data
2. How big is your standard log store allowed to be imported? I'm afraid we have to much data:
