Broken link to "Softconf" instructions in README

The README refers users of "Softconf" (by which I assume it means the START Conference Manager) to "follow the ACLPUB instructions" but this link is broken.

Thanks for reporting this! Are you referring to the START/Softconf instructions at https://acl-org.github.io/ACLPUB/start.html?

If so, would you be willing to open a small PR updating the README link to point there?

@crux82 I have no idea what information the link pointed to, but it can't have been the documentation at https://acl-org.github.io/ACLPUB/start.html because those directions are for the old version of ACLPUB and won't work with the new aclpub2 workflow. Perhaps you should ask whoever added the link in the first place.
