Stuck in "Downloading ffmpeg..."

OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Version: Nightingale_0.5.0_x64-setup.exe

On the setting up phase, I'm stuck on the "Downloading ffmpeg..." step. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it keeps getting stuck there. The progress bar always immediately start from around 25%, and never moves.

I have tried installing the MacOS version on my Macbook, and it went smoothly.

I have no idea if this is reproducible on other devices as I have no other Windows computers/laptops.

I tried bypassing the download by downloading the latest ffmpeg build and put it in the vendor folder, renaming it "ffmpeg.zip", also doesn't work since the app deletes the vendor folder when starting the setting up phase.

I also tried the portable release version and changing the destination folder. None of those works.

Issue was solved by using a VPN. Although, I had no trouble manually downloading the ffmpeg build from the link referenced in the code without using a VPN or changing my DNS configuration.
