Display the current user's role (admin/operator/viewer) in the dashboard sidebar footer. Call /admin/v1/whoami on page load and show the role next to the connection status.

Files: internal/admin/dashboard.html (sidebar footer section + JS)
Acceptance: Sidebar shows role badge. Action buttons hidden for viewer role.
