Parsing the xml file in the suite metadata table entries are not creating

Using this output parser.py, I can parse all the XML information but somehow in the suite_metadata table, the entries are not getting inserted. Is there any ongoing issue is present?

I am using the Archiver version is 3.0.0
generator : Robot 4.0 (Python 3.6.8 on darwin)
