Configurable portfolio image

In my opinion portfolio image should be more configurable. E.g. user should be able to:

• point specific image filename (not only hardcoded one),
• define if image should be rounded or not,
• alternatively point Gravatar image by providing the appropriate email address

• I don't think this would be necessary. There are multiple ways to achieve this, using CSS (border-radius) or Cropping the image appropriately
• Can be done. If the user has not set a portfolio image, it falls back to gravatar.
