Thanks for the report and the diagnostics.

SaneBar 2.1.28 is out now. I improved the layout recovery path so saved visible icons are less likely to get pulled back into hidden after startup.

Please update and let me know if it’s behaving properly now.

If it still happens, send me an in-app bug report right after it does so I can see the fresh state.

I tracked this back into the same startup and layout recovery family as #111, not a separate hidden-items bug.\n\nI tracked down a restore-path problem around saved positions after display and profile changes, and I have that green locally now. I’m rolling it into the next update by Monday.\n\nIf it still happens on that build, send one more in-app bug report right after repro and I’ll keep tracing it.\n\n- Mr. Sane
