On Iphone side after switching the iCloud, Sync starts but never ends, and does not show any items from the Mac side.
After deleting the demo items, the sync gives back only the demo items.

This should be fixed in today's update. As long as you're on the same iCloud account on both devices, it should just work. Update SaneClip, test it out, and let me know!

After switching to iCloud or maybe after installing the new version my history in the new Mac app was deleted!!!! History is empty!!! I had almost 100 items. At first moment Sync status looks like green.
But on the iPhone app, the Sync is stuck, just syncing never ends...
I have checked the Sync status on both device after 10 min. iPhone still trying to sync Mac status changed from green to red triangle...

I tracked this down to the iCloud sync bootstrap path and shipped a fix in 2.2.6.

Please update SaneClip on both devices to the latest version and test it again. If it still gets stuck or clears history, reply here and I’ll keep digging.

Continuous Update Error! Can not update to 2.2.6

Hey — I've checked the update server and everything looks healthy now. This may have been a temporary issue during the rapid 2.2.4 → 2.2.5 → 2.2.6 release cycle.

Could you try updating again? Quit SaneClip, reopen it, and check for updates. If it still fails, let me know what error you see. I'm also pushing a new release tomorrow afternoon with several fixes, so if Sparkle is still giving you trouble, that fresh build should sort it out.

SaneClip 2.2.8 is out now.

One important updater note: if you are currently on SaneClip 2.2.4 through 2.2.7, in-app updates are unreliable. Please download and install 2.2.8 from the website:
https://saneclip.com

If you are on 2.2.3 or earlier, in-app update should still work.

After installing 2.2.8, please test sync again and let me know what happens on both Mac and iPhone.

2.2.8 on mac looks like good on cloud sync, but iPhone app 2.1 is still stuck in sync. I think you need to update the iPhone app also..

You’re right. The remaining issue is now the iPhone side, not the Mac app.

SaneClip iOS 2.2.6 is currently waiting for App Review, and that build is the one intended to address the sync issue on iPhone. As soon as Apple approves it, please update the iPhone app and test sync again.
