In the CSV output, there is the option to have normalized time, but even if the checkbox for it is checked, it does not appear in the CSV output file.
What's more, when re-selecting the CSV output menu, the checkbox for normalized time would be changed to unchecked (Initially, I thought the setting change was not registering properly so I tried circumventing it by manually changing the CSVoutput.txt row value corresponding to normalized time from 0 to 1, but it had no effect).
