Python interface

Since most people dealing with dynamical systems work with either Matlab or Python, I suggest implementing a Python interface for libSapo.

A Python interface must provide at least the classes to represent:

• bundles
• polytopes
• dynamic systems
• evolvers

@dt1729, thank you for reporting it. However, kaa and Sapo are two distinct tools. kaa initially was a Python rewriting of C/C++ Sapo implementation, but then they evolved independently.
