Add conference numbers to Directory #140
Description
The conference numbers (starting with 500) could possibly be added to the Directory, so people know how they could easily create a conference. Possibly the prefix might be changed to be able to route calls from Saycel/Rhizomatica to it, e.g. 999100500?
