Add emoji reactions to messages

Goal

Implement a feature in the chat messages to make messages more visual that allows a user to react to messages with an emoji.

Definition of Done

• To add a reaction, hover over a message. Click Reactions icon and then Select a reaction.
• Selected reaction to each message should persist once the user leaves the chat page or restarts.
