Can’t save to Dataverse after adding metadata and weights to certain variables (500 error) #179

Description

@ethan-tsang

Whenever variable metadata (questions, universe, notes, etc,) or a weight is applied to certain variables in the dataset, it prevents the file from being saved to Dataverse (500 error). Removing all descriptions and weights from these variables fixes the saving issue.

The issue seems to occur when metadata or weights are added onto a variable with 10 or more categories, although not every example has this issue. Some examples of variables where this issue occurred include: (REGION6, TENURE_G, NAICS6, WRKTYP, RNBEN)
