Export as csv - 3rd variable

In cross-tabulation, when a third variable is added to the row, it displays correctly on the website. However, when exporting it as a CSV file, it would be more effective to display the third variable as a separate column, rather than combining both row variables into a single column. The values in the csv are all correct. I've included some attachments for reference.

The same issue happens when third variable is added as a second column variable too.
