[BUG] - MRSI branch OspreyJob fails - OspreySettings

Describe the bug
In the MRSI branch, OspreySettings line 51 causes error in OspreyJob function.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change to MRSI branch (commit 377e47e)
2. Call OspreyJob with a job file
3. See error OspreySettings line 51

Expected behavior
OspreyJob should not give error message on OspreySettings line 51.
