  • Let's make sure we have well documented good first issue and help wanted issues in all Score's repos

• 2 important features to add to boost adoption:
  • Feature wide blocker: initContainers: [FEATURE] Ordered Container Start in Score #104 --> need to cover database migration for example.
  • Adoption wide blocker/friction: "Workload patcher" --> need to simplify this: https://github.com/mathieu-benoit/nginx-score-demo, frictions shared multiple times.

• We need to anticipate and prepare different profiles: novice in Go, novice in Score, advanced, etc. Let's have 2 for each category below:

  • docs -.md
  • score-go, score-compose, score-k8s - go
  • provisioners - OpenTofu, Helm, Terraform, etc.

• Community Provisioners library need more traction, getting really great feedback recently by the community! https://github.com/score-spec/community-provisioners

• ACA implementation by @giesan

  • Need some help with starting the implementation score-aca#9, @astromechza to provide guidance based on what was done with score-flyio

• gomod in Dependabot not working --> to investigate, otherwise too many manual PRs: go 1.24.1 score-compose#272

  • Known issue: gomod does not update the go version that is defined in go.mod dependabot/dependabot-core#9057 --> @mathieu-benoit to see if we do the githubaction workaround in the meantime.

"Workload patcher" idea:

• Evaluate after conversion
• Patch generated "manifests"
• Should be able to go through all the Workloads/Services/Containers
• It's not a type, so shouldn't be in provisioners because not outputs, etc.
• Why not a specific entry/concept in the init or generate?
