Feature Request: --model or --sn display selection ability

--model and/or --sn for selection when display number can change.

@mitchcapper, I could probably add support for a --model flag. What should happen if multiple monitors have the same model number? Execute the action on all of them, only the first one, or fail?

All seems most natural but no idea of an actual use case for all.
