Rootbeer lib version 0.1.2 is not availble

Unable to upload Rootbeer lib version 0.1.2 due to OSSRH service will reach end-of-life on June 30th, 2025 Linked to #256.

Workaround:

• Github Release https://github.com/scottyab/rootbeer/releases/tag/0.1.2
• Jitpack.io https://jitpack.io/#scottyab/rootbeer/0.1.2

The installation via jitpack doesn't work @scottyab. It can't sign the artifact https://jitpack.io/com/github/scottyab/rootbeer/0.1.2/build.log

ah thanks @matoilic for flagging. I'll sign locally and upload to github releases as a temporary measure - although not sure that massively helps?. TBH I wasn't expecting this additional effort with OSSRH being end of life sorting this out is more capacity than I have currently. .

I've had some progress migrating to the com.vanniktech.maven.publish plugin as this supports newer publishing flow of Maven Central. Will push these changes if everything works out ok
