Add an option to hide buttons in the home menu

Make so some options can be disabled

like changing the Scoring system, the Language, the Max players per Ip, or the possibility of creating private lobbies.

This could be useful for private instances - meant to only be accessible to certain users, with limitations

Why, though? Once a lobby is created the settings can only be modified by the player that created the lobby

Hm yeah, I am unsure whether this provides actual value.

Is there any reason for not allowing the lobby owner to choose these settings? What's the rationale?

If we know your problem, we might find a different solution or one more in line with the current page philosophy / features.

To simplify stuff, really. That's not a deep need, it's just something that would make it look less complex to the young (so by definition, dumb) guys that use my instance

@Bios-Marcel Are we ok with env vars to hide config options from the lobby creation screen? if so, need to hide them from the "change settings" window during a game as well. and decide which ones we want to allow disabling.
