The Dev is selling a large (60+!) range of ciders, which changes constantly.
Putting them all on stock lines and assigning the stock lines to buttons is very tedious.
It would be simpler to have a button for "sell a cider" which brings up a search box; typing in the search box would search over all the stocktypes in a department and then the correct cider could be chosen from the list.
For particularly popular ciders it would still be possible to have buttons and stock lines.
This probably would need a schema change?
