At the Haymakers the staff would prefer that menu numbers don't change when an item is temporarily unavailable.
Consider altering the food menu code to keep disabled items in the menu — so still allocated a number, but just not selectable.
The menu server would need altering to allow access to the unfiltered version of the menu.
