Release new version

I'd like to try out the Windows support. Any chance of pushing a new release out?

@letmaik got stuck with the windows version because I need to implement one more function to support all features for mmon. Hope I will find the time now in the next few weeks ... Will post a message as soon as I have some first basic version ready.
