我也遇到了同样的问题。观察提示发现是docker就像站访问不了。

我的解决方法是替换为国内可以使用的镜像站，详情：https://docker.xuanyuan.me/
具体命令：

tee /etc/docker/daemon.json <<-'EOF'
    {
     "registry-mirrors": ["https://dockerproxy.net"]
    }
EOF
