Support also Azure DevOps Integrations

Extend the plugins/renovate-backend wrapper with a case for AzureDevops

Provides the same DefaultAzureDevOpsCredentialsProvider as GitHub does to retrieve a valid Token, that can be set as the RENOVATE_TOKEN
