Init-Containers | Admin user creation always using default port 5432 (postgresql) during execution even database.port set to custom port.

Please review the init-containers of Users creation.
I seeing the connection timeout showing while executing "semaphore user add ...."
Reason is "the port still refer using 5432 even we configured to custom port in values [database.port]"

It seems to be an issue with semaphore cli tool - it doesnt know about database ports at all. There is no environment variable or config field for that in config.json: https://docs.semaphoreui.com/administration-guide/configuration/
