The Profiles Don't Seem to Switch Extensions

I have created 4 different profiles with differing Chrome Extensions but switching profile doesn't seem to turn anything on or off.

Is this functionality no longer working?

I will try and test on a second machine shortly.

Using Version 123.0.6312.124 (Official Build) (64-bit)

• I have tried restarting the browser.
• I have tried toggling all extensions off and on with the switch button.
• I have tried going back into profiles to make sure the active ones are different on each profile.

Any ideas?

I am suddenly having the same problem on all of my Chromium-based browsers: Brave, Vivaldi, and Chrome on macOS Sonoma. I will add that I have "Always On always show disabled", but it doesn't matter. Even restarting the machine doesn't work. I came here hoping to find out it was a known issue being worked on, and I'm bummed to see someone reported it in April with no response. I cannot tell you how VITAL this extension is for my daily workflows. Thank you for making something so awesome, and please look into it. Thank you. @sergiokas

Looking into this, may be a recent Chrome update incompatibility?

It was back to working, but as of this week it is not only not switching, but also forgetting updates I make to the profiles. I am having to re-enable/disable the extensions I no longer want on/off each day, save the profile, and then it will work. . . but only until tomorrow.
