I would love to learn about... I wish somebody would give a talk about that.
Some things that could be covered in a talk about this
- Should people learning to code use AI tools?
- How should employers think about junior developers when a lot of those same tasks could be done by senior devs with AI tools?
- How can junior devs stand out in a sea of people looking for jobs in software development?
- Senior devs won't be around forever, how do we make sure we lay the groundwork for juniors to become the next seniors?
