Does not start after VB-audio virtual cable is installed

First I just want to say I have been using this for years enough that I recovered 2 harddrives to get it back when I could not find it again.

Last night I installed VB-audio virtual cable to fix some obs audio output issues I was having, for some reason now whenever I try open Default audio changer nothing happens. nothing shows up in the system tray, no process starts (even with admin priv). Not sure why its not working but I hope there is a simple fix where I get to keep both VB-Audio and your app

I had this same issue, 3 years and the problem persist, someone can help us giving a fix for this? the two program are very helpfull. I uninstall vb-audio virtual cable cuz defaultaudiochanger is much important to me.
