[Announcement] New primary maintainer for node-ansible

Hi all,

I'm the new primary maintainer for this project. Thanks to @shaharke for the opportunity to contribute towards this project!

Although I've been using and integrating open-source software for my entire career, I'm new to developing and maintaining. So, I'll be learning the ropes for a little while.

Happy to hear your suggestions and wishlist for 2019!

I am new to Ansible so it would give a warm feeling if there could be some indication that this code works with the latest version of Ansible (as it is quite old) or a list of things that it can't do 'YET' relative to Ansibles current capabilities.

@minademian are you still maintaining this repo? The ansible version supported by this is very old. I.e, ansible hasn't used "-s/--sudo" in a long time, and now uses "-b/--become". I see there are a lot of old PRs and bugs. Is anyone maintaining this repo?
