Can't select channel when using OSC Toggle Channel Function

Hello,

Thank you for creating such a useful plugin. I'm having trouble setting up the OSC Toggle Channel Function. In the "Select Function" drop-down menu, I only see the headings: Inputs, Software, and Outputs. There are no channels listed, and clicking on any of those three options doesn't do anything.

Please disregard - it's working now. I followed the instructions in issue #29 (basically undoing the settings in TotalMix, rebooting PC, resetting the buttons). The inputs and outputs show up now.
