AMYboard is annoying on Windows for some people

I am making this issue to collect whatever data we have on people using AMYboard on Windows via AMYboard Online.

I've received a few reports of Windows browsers not seeing the device, or not seeing the USB MIDI device.

If you use Windows and have an AMYboard, I'd love it if you posted your experience here with as much detail as possible - your Windows version, and what you tried to do and what worked / didn't work. Especially if it just worked fine!

My report: Windows 11 ARM (via VMWare fusion VM) - AMYboard "just works" for me. it's able to be flashed with new firmware via Chrome, and i can control it / flash new sketches to it just fine over MIDI in Chrome as well. The AMYboard is recognized as a MIDI port and a serial port and puTTY works to see the serial port.

Dell XPS laptop with Windows 10. AMYboard is recognized as "USB Serial Device (COM4)" in Device Manager but not as midi device in "Sound, Video & Game Controllers". Online editor says "Could not connect to AMYboard".
Sometimes, seemingly at random, it gets recognized as COM6 instead of COM4. Then it also shows up under "Sound, video & game controllers" as AMYboard. Now, I can access the board with mpremote, as described in the documentation. Online editor still says "Could not connect to AMYboard" when trying to "Pull from AMYboard". So for now, I keep unplugging and plugging and pray to the moon that I get the right COM port assigned once in a while.
