Documentation and Closeout Report

Milestone Outputs

• Publish Whisky V2 docs: API reference (docs.rs) plus GitHub Pages guides (install, quickstart, tx-builder, tx-parser, DI, migration CSL→pallas), with runnable examples.
• Add contribution materials: CONTRIBUTING, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, SECURITY, issue/PR templates, and maintainer notes for future collaboration.
• Produce the close-out report and close-out video following the requirement shown in https://docs.projectcatalyst.io/current-fund/general-information/project-close-out-report-and-project-close-out-video-pcr-and-pcv. Close-out report will be shared in public google doc while the close-out video will be uploaded to youtube with a publicly accessible link.

Acceptance Criteria

• Docs live & verifiable
  --> GitHub Pages site is reachable at the project URL and linked from README.
  --> mdBook build succeeds in CI (mdbook build docs/).
  --> Doctests compile & pass for all code blocks marked as tests.
  --> Link-check passes in CI.

• Contribution & release materials present
  --> CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md, MAINTAINERS.md exist on main branch

• Release & comms
  --> GitHub release tag exists with CHANGELOG; README “Getting Started” links updated.
  --> Public Twitter/X and Discord announcement links exist and reference the release/docs.

• Close-out report and close-out video following the requirement shown in https://docs.projectcatalyst.io/current-fund/general-information/project-close-out-report-and-project-close-out-video-pcr-and-pcv. Captions/Subtitles/transcript link are available for close-out video.

Evidence of milestone completion
