Feature Request: Make the location of the conform file configurable with aprefix-option

Currently, the location of the .conform.yml seems hardcoded as 'os.ReadFile(".conform.yaml")'.
Allowing for a prefix option/flag would allow to put the configuration in a dir of choice in the project , i.e. configs or somewhere else appropriate,

I'm still interested in this feature. I prefer to have all my config files in ./.config to get them out of the repository root.

Also voicing in on the config directives - if not configurable - atleast expand the "default locations"

My suggestion for that would be:

.conform.y(aml)(ml)
conform.y(aml)(ml)
.config/conform.y(aml)(ml)

This has been merged as part of #271 but I don't think there has been a release since that. v0.1.0-alpha.31 was cut seven days before the merged PR (Jan 12). I was hoping to see it in a release (and eventually nixpkgs, but that's still at 29).
