Active call notification sometimes disappears

Bug description

After being on a call for a while, both the active call and the non-FCM notification service notification vanish, which means that I cannot access the call screen to toggle my camera or microphone, or even just hang up. Sometimes they do re-appear while still on call though, but it takes a while.
