Having weather inputs as a required field in create_simulation seems odd given how many parameters are set later by the user and the complexity with which weather could be specified to the model. It's also not clear that the ob height is put at 6m and will be interpolated toward the surface during model execution (although given that's the RAWS height that makes sense as a default).
