Theming

Currently there's no built in way to build a bundle of settings to assign theme across the ui objects. The settings must be applied per created object. And id like to have some of this automated into a theme type.

Allowing for these cases:

• dark or light themes
• custom images to replace the default square backgrounds
  • support for 9 sliced images
  • support for sprites
• animating what texture is used based on state of the ui controls

Using 9 sliced meshes feels expensive, because itd be a unique mesh per box to render.
