Performance issue with large networks (3000+ members)

Hi! I have a network with 3000+ members. The web interface is slow when authorizing/deauthorizing members. Each action takes 15-25 seconds. Also the member list page loads slowly.

My setup:

•	3000+ network members (mostly unauthorized)
•	Server: 6 CPU, 16GB RAM
•	PostgreSQL with custom indexes

Could you consider adding pagination for member list and optimizing the authorization API call?
