Symphony ignores existing codebase

When working with a fresh: bun create better-t-stack@latest and even though the orchestrator is informed we already have a boilerplate stack - agents ignore and create their own tools, libraries and modules. A rule should be enforced to say - check what we have or a roo/rule to say here's our existing stack etc.

Agreed. I like the structure and have had good results with it so far.

Although, since it's really just a set of custom modes, it should be pretty easy to maintain in the future.

Yeah this looks like another case of someone doing adderal and creating a single commit project in a day, lol. Oh well
