chore: submit Postern to awesome-selfhosted after 5-month release floor (~2026-12)

Why

awesome-selfhosted only accepts software that was first released more than 4 months ago (see awesome-selfhosted-data CONTRIBUTING).

Postern first release: v1.0.0 on 2026-07-09. We held the directory PR so we do not burn a submission early and get a canned reject.

When to act

Not before ~2026-12-15 (about five months after first public release). Prefer after continuous release activity so the project still looks actively maintained.

What to submit

Open a PR on awesome-selfhosted-data (not the rendered README repo): add software/postern.yml per their addition template.

• PR opened on awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted-data
• Close this issue when submitted or abandoned with reason
