Not all images are display, need refresh to reload

Hi,

I failed to load all of the images in a page, only some of them are displayed.

The error message for non-loaded images: Reload the page to get source for: 
http://www.nuinfinity.com/wp-content/plugins/gallery/timthumb.php?src=http://www
.nuinfinity.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Pub_12.jpg&h=150&w=150&zc=1

The permission for cache folder had been set to 777, however I'm still facing 
same issue that some of the images didn't display. Different set of images will 
display after click F5 key.
