Trouble installing metoffer

I am using windows and I cannot install the "metoffer". Do you have any suggestions?
I am getting this "No module named 'metoffer". I have tried pip install metoffer but it doesn't work for me.

I've installed metoffer but when i use import it is not recognized?

This is still a problem a year later when I'm attempting to install...

The fix in April hasn't been updated to pypi. Instead if you clone the repository and then wherever you normally pip make sure you're in the metoffer directory and then you can do
pip install .

Thanks, @sarahdavis23. The issue appears to still not be fixed with pypi, but cloning and running pip install . worked for me.
