No way to specify Enum type variables in toGqlArg

Enums get wrapped in quotes leading to error

Either add similar methods as in smartprix/gqutils#14 or modify those so they can be imported directly (like import {toGqlArg} from 'gqutils/dist/helpers') without importing everything in the module.

Added support for browser in gqutils. The methods in vutils can be deprecated and ones from gqutils used instead.
