Shaping react-native-screens: open feedback channel announcement.

Hey all, the react-native-screens community!

The library is in an interesting place right now. We are preparing for quite substantial changes
in the solution architecture and scope. We are making consequential decisions and we need every
piece of feedback we can get.

Most often, the feedback pipeline is not direct from our perspective. We downstream the
functionalities react-native-screens exposes, you use them via your navigation framework of
choice and we get feedback from there. However, there are many contributors in the community,
and people that have direct opportunities to work with our APIs. This is the reason behind us
wanting to give it a try, and create a dedicated space to hear your feedback on our plans and
listen to your suggestions.

Currently the GitHub Discussions space lacks organisation and activity from the maintainers.
That's what we'll try to improve.

In the upcoming weeks you can expect both announcements on library direction and feedback threads
where we'll publish our plans regarding particular changes and give you the opportunity to speak out.
