catkin_make error, I had googled but failed to find solution

/usr/bin/ld: CMakeFiles/openpose_ros_node.dir/src/openpose_ros_node.cpp.o: undefined reference to symbol 'ZN6google14FlagRegistererC1EPKcS2_S2_S2_PvS3'
/usr/local/lib/libgflags.so.2: error adding symbols: DSO missing from command line

I have downloaded and installed gflags-2.1.2. So I don't know how to solve this problem.
Looking forwards to any great advices.

I met the same problem, here's my workaround:

1. make sure "gflags" in find_package is uncommented, then clone https://github.com/davetcoleman/gflags in the src folder
2. According to readme from the link above, added "DEFINE_int32(mode, 2, "Mode"); " in the header and "google::ParseCommandLineFlags(&argc, &argv, true); int mode = FLAGS_mode;" in the main function.
3. Change the default fallback flags passed in the code.
   There you should compile fine.
