Token error on comma

I passed in a text collection of userIds but got this:
Error Occurred: An Apex error occurred: System.QueryException: unexpected token: ','
quite possibly a mistake on my end...

Hi! I just tried to replicate it and didn't get any errors. I passed in a text collection of user ids (all active users), object is Account, bindField is OwnerId, and returnFields Name and Id.

Can you provide more details so I can try to replicate the error? Thanks!
