Missing documentation to configure MCP servers built in Python, Ruby and dockerize

Currently documentation shows only node related mcp servers configuration but doesn't provide info servers build in other like Python or Ruby. It would be great if you provide examples

Also please provide info about how to configure install mcp servers rather referring via URI
