Internal Server Error

Hello community,

we installed the lates Deming version. All works fine and as it should, except the actions plans. If access them via the menue I get an "Internal Server Error (details see below). If I try to create an action plan via a direct link approach in browser (/action/create) i get the same error after I hit the create button.

Anyone got an idea what I did wrong during installation?

Did you migrate the database with this command :

php artisan migrate

Hello and thanks for the quick reply!

Yes this was done - we wiped the database and tried again with the same result.

The technician installing Deming asked me to post this here (I am only he user of Deming ;-.) ): Please ask in the forum how I can remove Deming and also the database files (mysql), then I would like to completely redo the installation.
